Referral Program Terms

How referring another company works: what each side gets, when a referral counts, and what doesn't count.

1. Who can refer

Any organization with a Prop Rental OS account can share its referral link or code from Refer a company. A referral is another company that signs up with that link or code and becomes a paying customer.

2. What each side gets

• The referred company: a discount on its first paid month (currently 50%), shown before it pays.
• The referring company: account credit worth one month of the plan the referred company bought, but never more than the referring company's own monthly price. Credit is applied to your next subscription charge or payment; if it covers a full month, your paid-through date moves one month later.
• If the referring company is not on a paid plan, the reward is kept and applied when it starts paying.
• A company can earn at most 12 rewards per calendar year.

3. When a referral counts

A referral counts after the referred company has paid for 2 months of a plan. Rewards are applied automatically from our billing records.

4. What doesn't count

• Free trials and free plans, until the company pays.
• Referring yourself or your own company (for example the same email, the same company email domain or the same phone number).
• Test, billing-exempt or archived accounts.
• Payments that are refunded before the referral counts.

5. Credit, not cash

Rewards are account credit only. They have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and expire if the account is closed.

6. Abuse and changes

We may cancel a referral or reverse a reward that breaks these terms or was obtained by fraud or spam. We may change or end the program; changes apply to referrals made after we announce them, and rewards already earned stay yours. Questions: support@proprentalos.com.
